Abstract: The present invention relates to a wood plastic composite capable of improving physical properties such as compression and impact strength by including rubber-based materials besides wood powder, which is a main ingredient, and direct nailing by improving the dimensional stability. The manufacturing method of a wood plastic composite according to the present invention comprises a step of manufacturing wood powder, which is a main ingredient, by pulverizing wood or wood chips; a step of manufacturing compounds in gel state by adding rubber-based materials and an additive to the wood powder and mixing; and a step of manufacturing a wood plastic composite by any one among extrusion, injection or press molding of the manufactured compounds. According to the present invention, the molding property is excellent as each polymer property is expressed by mixing wood chips with an excellent elongation and strength, filaments and rubber-based materials besides wood powder, which is a main ingredient, in manufacturing a wood plastic composite. The dimensional stability of the physical property of the product is improved, and, therefore, the direct nailing of the wood plastic composite is possible.
