The thermal shielding resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polyvinylchloride resin, 20-60 parts by weight of a raw thermal shielding material, 10-50 parts by weight of plasticizer, 2-5 parts by weight of thermal stabilizer, and 0.5-12 parts by weight of ultraviolet ray stabilizer.
