Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of generating and using a security universal serial bus, and a program recording media for generating the security universal serial bus are provided to prevent the outflow of content in a USB storage media by preventing a key through which a user accesses a security module main body from being extracted. CONSTITUTION: In a method of generating and using a security universal serial bus, and a program recording media for generating the security universal serial bus, an agent program requests a user password(S210). The agent program generates a SALT KEY, a disc key, and a first decryption key corresponding to a random key(S220). The SALT key and the disc key are stored in a header. The agent program ciphers data stored in a volume header area excluding the SALT key(S230). A security volume main body, having a security header with an encrypted certain region and the encrypted whole data, is generated(S240).
