Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable electronic device is provided to increase the characteristic of an antibacterial function by a coating layer having long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial and polishing coating layer(120) is formed in a housing(110). The antibacterial and polishing coating layer is formed by using coating solution composite. The coating solution composite includes methyl alcohol, octadecyldemethyl trimethoxysilylpropyl ammonium chloride, chloropropyl trimethoxysilane, and UV(Ultra Violet) ray coating agent.
