    Abstract: 본 발명은 광섬유 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 클래드로드의 중공내에 클래드로드보다 길이가 긴 코어로드를 돌출되게 삽입하는 단계와, 바닥면에 인선홀이 형성된 가열용기의 내부 수용공간 내에 코어로드 및 상기 코어로드 주변의 클래드로드의 저면이 노출되게 장착하는 단계와, 가열용기를 가열로 내에서 가열하여 인선홀을 통해 코어로드와 클래드 로드의 하단에서 상호 용융되어 하방으로 낙하되면서 형성되는 광섬유를 스풀을 통해 감는 단계를 포함한다. 이러한 광섬유 제조방법에 의하면, 제조공정을 단순화시킬 수 있으면서, 코어물질에 대한 유리전이온도에 대한 제약도 완화시킬 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical fiber connector is provided to suppress damage by leakage light due to an optical fiber alignment error. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber connector (100) includes a main optical fiber support holder (110), a sub optical fiber holder (150), a main engagement nut (170), a locking member (180) and a main housing (190). The main optical fiber support holder has a first hollow, a first internal support step supporting a bare optical fiber, an air gap space in between the first internal support step and a first front-end, a first internal screw thread. The main optical fiber support holder has a first latch step and a first latch groove having a narrow outer diameter on the outer surface. The sub optical fiber support holder has a first external screw thread, a filling space in which a filler for fixing the bare optical fiber in a second front-end direction from a second rear-end is able to be filled and a latch unit in which a diameter from the end of the first external screw thread the second rear-end is greater than the second front-end. The main engagement nut has a second latch step advanced from the outside through the first rear-end to be latched by the first latch step and a second internal screw thread inside of an accommodation groove formed in the second latch step from a third front-end. The locking member suppresses retreat of the main engagement nut by being engaged with the first latch groove. The main housing has a main hollow to surround the main engagement nut and fixes the main engagement nut by a fixing member through a fixing penetration hole penetrating from the outer periphery to the inner periphery.
