Abstract: 본 발명은 판상체의 일면 또는 양면을 서로 다르게 화학 가공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 복수개의 롤판상체를 사용하여 상기 롤판상체에서 각각 인출한 판상체를 접면시킨 상태에서 도금 또는 산화처리하는 등의 화학적 가공을 하여 판상체의 일면만을 화학적으로 가공·처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 판상체를 화학가공하는 방법은, 1개 또는 2개의 판상체를 접면하여 화학가공을 하는 것으로, 양면을 서로 다르게 가공하는 반도체용 방열판 제조에 있어서는, 마스킹단계가 생략됨으로 제조 공정의 단순화를 이룰 수 있다.
또한, 롤 형태를 갖는 긴 띠 형상의 판상체를 이용하여 방열판을 제조하고, 펀칭단계에서는 상하 2열의 방열판 형상을 판금함으로, 제품의 대량생산과 제조비의 하락을 가져 줄 수 있는 자동화시설의 제공이 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for treating a surface of a lead frame is to collectively perform a deflashing process and a plating process at both sides of a conveyer belt, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating a surface of a lead frame of a semiconductor comprises a rotating shaft(110a,110b,110c,110d) connected with a pulley(F) of a motor(M), a conveyer belt(120) rotated around an outside of the rotating shaft, and a processing tank(130a-130t) connected with a storing tank for storing a chemical. The conveyer belt is passed through the storing tank to perform a deflashing process and an electric chemical process. In the system, a chemical supplying unit for automatically supplying a constant amount of the chemical is disposed at a side of the storing tank. The chemical supplying unit is comprised of a chemical supplying tank for receiving the chemical through a supplying port and supplying to the storing tank, a measuring portion disposed at an upper portion of the chemical supplying tank, an optical sensor disposed at both sides of the measuring portion to output an optical signal and a controller for controlling an opening/closing the supplying port.
