Abstract: A latex concentration system and a latex concentration method which greatly improve durability and energy efficiency by repeatedly performing processes of allowing support-reinforced hollow fiber membranes to separate latex from a latex-containing solution and concentrate the latex and backwashing the hollow fiber membranes, thereby semi-permanently using membrane modules made of the hollow fiber membranes in various shapes are provided. An equipment for concentrating a latex solution using hollow fiber membranes comprises: a membrane reactor(11) into which a latex solution mixed with water is injected; membrane modules(12,13) which are installed in the membrane reactor and comprise hollow fiber membranes that are manufactured by coating a polymeric material on a synthetic fiber support and have pores with a pore size of 20 to 100 nm; vibrators installed at one sides of the membrane modules; suction pumps(30,31) clamped to the membrane modules; means comprising discharge ports and valves for discharging a concentrated latex solution, and a sensor installed at one side of the membrane reactor to measure a latex concentration of the latex solution; backwashing pumps(32,33) for reversely injecting filtering water or air into the membrane reactor to separate and remove latex and alien substances from the hollow fiber membranes; and a control part(45) for controlling the sensor, the backwashing pumps, the suction pumps and the valves.

Abstract: 본 발명은 농도분극 및 막오염을 최대한 억제할 수 있도록 개개의 단위 모듈로 분리막 모듈을 형성하므로 구조가 간단하여 제조가 용이하고 지지대가 산기공 역할을 수행하도록 단위모듈로 집적화되고, 산기관과 지지대를 일체화시킨 분리막 모듈에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 농도분극 및 막오염을 최대한 줄일 수 있도록 막분리 형태를 U자형 타입의 중공사막을 개별모듈로 제작하여 여러 개의 개별모듈을 하나의 원하는 크기와 형태를 가진 모듈로 재구성하여 각각의 분리막 모듈의 지지대가 산기관과 연결되어 공기유입통로의 역할을 동시에 수행하므로 별도의 산기라인을 형성할 필요가 없어서 막오염을 줄임과 동시에 스케일의 조절이 용이하도록 구성한 분리막 모듈에 여러 개의 개별모듈이 장착될 수 있도록 구성하며, 산기관은 U자형 중공사막의 하부를 지지하여 막간의 엉킴과 반응조에서 막의 날림을 방지하도록 구성하고, 산기관에서는 산기공을 통해 공기방울을 발생시켜 막의 유동성을 부여하여 농도분극 및 막오염을 방지하도록 구성함으로써 제조과정이 간편하여 인건비 및 생산비용이 절감되고 막오염을 크게 줄이며 현장에 적용함에 있어서 크기 변화에 쉽게 적응할 수 있도록 구현하는데 그 특징이 있다.

Abstract: A nano-membrane module for concentrating a latex solution is provided to improve concentration efficiency of latex and improve durability of the membrane module substantially by using hollow fiber membranes in which a fiber support is embedded, and improve durability of braid membranes by preventing the membranes from being damaged due to a backwashing pressure applied to the membranes when the membranes are impacted or backwashed. In a nano-membrane module for concentrating a latex solution, a nano-membrane module using hollow fiber membranes comprises: a fiber support consisted of a plurality of monofilaments; hollow fiber membranes(21) in which pores with a pore size of 20 to 100 mum are formed to concentrate the latex solution, the hollow fiber membranes being manufactured by dipping the monofilaments into an organic solvent such that the organic solvent is permeated between a plurality of the monofilaments, solidly coating a fluorine-based polymer onto the organic solvent permeated monofilaments while the fluorine-based polymer is permeated between a plurality of the monofilaments; a frame(23) having a space(24) such that the frame is adhered to the hollow fiber membranes coated with the fluorine-based polymer and dipped into the latex solution to enable water sucked from the latex solution to move through the space; and a clamping means(25) installed at one side of the frame and clamped to a suction pump or a discharge pump for sucking or discharging water through the hollow fiber membranes.
