Abstract: 본 발명은 가스 및 미세분진을 동시에 처리할 수 있는 배출가스 스크러버 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 배출가스 유입부분의 가변 풍량 조절 플레이트로 풍량, 유속조절과 기류 회전수를 조절할 수 있고, 각반응기 실린더내에 설치된 원판 풍향조절 블레이드는 볼텍스 기류의 방향의 정, 역방향 조절과 각도조정을 할 수 있어 역시 몸통 각단의 유속, 풍량, 회전수와 역방향시 기액 접촉증대 효과 즉 확산계수의 증가를 기하고, 하부세정액 저장탱크는 내부에 탁도 센서를 설치하여 세정액의 혼탁여부를 감지하여 세정액의 교환시기를 예고해 주는 수단과 제거된 유해물질의 하부 저장조에서의 세정액과 혼합 및 증발방지용 유해물질 분리 하부 저장조, 세정액과 기류의 접촉을 방지하기 위한 하부격리 호퍼, 세정액 분사장치, 상부배출구의 기액 분리용 충돌� ��판으로 구성되어 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a scrubber apparatus for simultaneously eliminating NOx and fine dust using high speed vortex airstream. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a gas guide fan(1) for inducing gas to a first reactor(3) in a cylinder, a cleaning liquid distribution pump(9) for distributing uniformly cleaning liquid into reactors(1,2,3) through nozzles for inducing combination of vortex airflow formed by the fan(1) and the cleaning liquid, a turbidity sensor for detecting turbidity of the cleaning liquid, an LED for alarming replacement timing of the cleaning liquid based on the turbidity, the first reactor(3) for removing noxious gases and dusts by gravity by causing collision of the cleaning liquid and the vortex air flow, a first blade(15) with a rudder for inducing air flow from the first reactor(3) to a second reactor(4) in opposite direction and adjusting air flow rate, the second reactor(4) for removing remained noxious gases and dusts by gravity and collision between the cleaning liquid and the air, a second blade(16) with a rudder for inducing air flow from the second reactor(4) to a third reactor(5) in the opposite direction and adjusting air flow rate, the third reactor(5) for removing dusts and noxious gases by gravity and collision of the cleaning liquid and the air, a gas discharging unit for inducing exhaust gas flow, a funnel structure for discharging collected dusts and noxious gases in such a way that the collected dusts and noxious gases does not enter the cleaning liquid tank installed under the cylinder, and an organic solvent recovery line for recovering organic solvent with low specific gravity with respect to the cleaning liquid.
