Abstract: 본 발명은 정유 및 석유화학 공정 중에서 공정스팀응축수의 온도를 저하시키지 않고 아민류, 산성가스, 기타 부산물 및 염류를 제거하여 전기전도도를 낮추어 보일러 공급수로 재활용하는 스팀 응축수 재활용 장치에 관한 것이다.

- 를 일정의 농도 이하로 제거하여 전기전도도를 낮춤으로써 응축수를 재활용하도록 구성되어 있다.

Abstract: A process steam condensate recycling apparatus is provided to enable the process steam condensate to be recycled as steam boiler feed water by removing HCO3-ion caused from carbon dioxide, amine ion caused from amines, acidic gases, other by-products, and salts from the process steam condensate without lowering temperature of process steam condensate in refinery and petrochemical processes, thereby lowering electrical conductivity of the process steam condensate. A process steam condensate recycling apparatus comprises a cation exchange resin tower and a degassing tower. The cation exchange resin tower is packed with a cation exchange resin. The cation exchange resin removes carions(RNH2+) of amines contained in steam condensate by ion exchange. The degassing tower is connected to the cation exchange resin tower by a pipe. The degassing tower has a fan, a vacuum fan, or a vacuum pump selectively installed on a top part thereof to exhaust carbon dioxide to the outside. The degassing tower packed with packings(22) for removing carbon dioxide contained in steam condensate passing through the cation exchange resin tower. The degassing tower includes a steam condensate inlet(32) installed on an upper part of the degassing tower, a plurality of spray nozzles(33) installed on a degassing tower pipe, packings installed on grids(34) in the inner central part of the degassing tower, and an air or gas inlet(35) installed on a lower part of the degassing tower.
