Abstract: PURPOSE: A water level monitoring unit and a system are provided to photograph a water level image by applying a near infrared ray camera of a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) or a CCD(Charged Coupled Device) type and a visible light blocking filter, thereby obtaining a high definition and clear water level photograph regardless of environmental changes such as the weather and temperature by the optimized visible light blockage.
