Abstract: PURPOSE: Reconstituted food using a food binding agent, and a producing method thereof are provided to use aromatic medical herbs contained in the food binding agent. CONSTITUTION: Reconstituted food uses a food binding agent containing aromatic medical herbs. The reconstituted food additionally contains enzymes, animal protein, lactose, phosphate, silicon dioxide, salt, black pepper powder, and MSG. The reconstituted food also additionally contains calcium oxide, organic acid, starch, and dextrin. The aromatic medical herbs are selected from boswellia carterii, aquilaria agallocha, santalum album, saussurea lappa, agastache rugosa, cloves, cnidium officinale, or cinnamon.
