Abstract: 본 발명은 진공 증착기의 돔형 기재홀더에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하면 진공 챔버 내에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 허브링(hub ring)과, 상기 허브링으로부터 방사형으로 확장된 리브(rib)와, 상기 리브들 사이에 각각 분리 가능하게 설치되는 다수개의 세그멘트(segment)를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 세그멘트가 상기 허브링 및 리브에 대하여 안정적인 삼점(three points) 지지구조를 이루고 있으며, 나아가 각 세그멘트의 설치 및 분리과정이 용이하여 상기 기재홀더가 대형인 경우에도 작업자들이 위험 부담 없이 편리하고 안전하게 각 세그멘트를 설치 또는 분리할 수 있는 돔형 기재홀더에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dome-type substrate holder of a vacuum deposition apparatus and, more specifically, to a dome-type substrate holder which comprises a hub ring rotatably supported inside a vacuum chamber; ribs extended radially from the hub ring; and multiple segments each installed between the ribs to be separable wherein the segment has a stable three-point support structure with respect to the hub ring and ribs. Furthermore, since installation and separation processes of each segment is easy, each segment can be installed or separated conveniently and safely without a burden of risk for operators even when the substrate holders are of a large size.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种真空沉积装置的圆顶式基板支架，更具体地说，涉及一种圆顶型基板支架，其包括可旋转地支撑在真空室内的毂环; 肋从轮毂环径向延伸; 以及多个片段，其各自安装在所述肋之间以可分离，其中所述片段相对于所述轮毂环和肋具有稳定的三点支撑结构。 此外，由于每个段的安装和分离过程容易，每个段可以方便和安全地安装或分离，即使当基板保持器具有大尺寸时也不会对操作者造成风险负担。
