Abstract: A method for manufacturing a Paecilomyces variotii culture using by-product of citrus is provided to remove pollution source of environment through microorganism culture and produce single cell. A method for manufacture a Paecilomyces variotii culture using by-product in citrus industry is a process of producing liquid medium by mixing water, by-product of citrus, nitrogen, inorganic salt, and hydrogen ion concentration mediator. The by-product of dried citrus is added in 1.0 ~10.0 weight %. Other medium removing carbon is concentrated at 1-3 times.
