Abstract: The present invention relates to an inserting type sanitary napkin, and more particularly, to an inserting type sanitary napkins wherein an absorbing member is made of non-woven fabrics made of cotton such that fiber does not remain inside vagina, a removal means for a planar absorbing member is prepared and the planar absorbing member is wound to form a column. The removal means is positioned to surround the planar absorbing member along the width direction such that a part of the removal means is exposed to one side of the width direction of the planar absorbing member, and the planar absorbing member is wound in the length direction to be molded as a column type absorbing member. The planar absorbing member is composed of non-woven fabrics made of cotton, at least two compressed grooves(130) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the column type absorbing member and at least two compressed grooves are arranged in a radial shape based on the central axis. When the insertion type sanitary napkin according to the present invention is used, separated fiber comprising the absorbing member can be prevented from remaining inside vagina during a removing procedure, rapid absorption of menstrual discharge is ensured and leaking of the menstrual discharge is prevented since the absorbing member is in close contact with the inner wall of vagina.
