The present invention provides a system for searching images based on a car number and a method for operating the same, which is capable of photographing predetermined areas and detecting a car number from a car sensed from the acquired images, partially recognizing car numbers in a time zone in which there are many operations for number recognition and completely detecting the car numbers in a time zone in which there are a small number of operations for number recognition, thereby accurately detecting a car number from images acquired by a plurality of imaging devices using a small number of number recognition modules, assigning previously detected car numbers to cars traveling on first-in first-out sections without separate operations for detecting car numbers, thereby minimizing computational load caused by an increase of the amount of operations and matching information about the detected car numbers and image information to store the matched information, thereby easily searching images based on the car numbers. PURPOSE: An application program for providing a parking location and a return path with a mobile communication terminal and a parking location providing system are provided to convert parking location information and parking area location information into graphics, thereby accurately showing information. CONSTITUTION: Parking information terminals(5-1~5-3) are installed in a parking area. Parking information terminals store parking location information of a vehicle, and parking area location information. A mobile communication terminal(S2) receives the parking location information and the parking area location information through near field communication. A parking control application program is installed in a mobile communication terminal. The parking control application program generates a parking location with graphics.

PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for parking cut-off is provided to strongly combine by being coupled to the blocking bar in a slide method. CONSTITUTION: The body unit (3) installs a circuit board inside. The deferred units (5) are downwardly protruded from the lower surface of the body unit. The deferred units install the support plates (71) inside. The support plates are contacted to the cut-out unit. The deferred units install more than one LED module.

본 발명은 주차 및 할인 데이터가 NFC를 통해 이동통신 단말기에 전송되어 주차권 및 할인권 지급과정이 간단하게 이루어지고, 이동통신 단말기에 설치된 주차관제용 애플리케이션이 사용자의 요청에 따라 전송받은 주차 및 할인권을 이동통신 단말기에 전시하며, 실시간으로 할인 및 주차시간에 따른 주차요금을 산출하여 전시함으로써 차량방문자는 실시간으로 자신에게 부과되는 주차요금 및 할인 내용을 인식할 수 있고, 주차장 출차 시 요금정산 단말기가 이동통신 단말기로부터 NFC를 통해 주차 및 할인 데이터를 전송받아 주차요금을 자동으로 산출하고, 산출된 주차요금은 NFC를 이용한 신용카드, 휴대폰요금 부과, 선불 및 후불 교통카드 등에 의해 신속하고 편리하게 결제가 이루어지도록 하는 주차요금 할인 시스템에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 주차차단기의 차단 바에 슬라이드 방식으로 삽입되어 설치작업이 간단하며, 설치 후 진입 및 진출하는 차량을 향하여 LED 모듈에서 빛을 출사시킴으로써 주차차단기의 현시성을 증가시켜 차량접촉사고 발생률을 절감시키고, 솔라셀을 이용하여 자체적으로 전력을 공급하여 유지 및 관리가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 별도의 전선을 사용하지 않아 우수한 미관을 갖는 주차차단기 조명장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A camera with a focus control device and a registration number recognizing system using the same are provided to automatically control the focus of the camera with an external terminal and enable to be interlocked with an AIV lens, thereby replacing and installing easily. CONSTITUTION: A registration number recognizing system using a camera with a focus control device comprises a sensor unit(2), a photographing unit(3), and an external terminal(5). The sensor unit senses a vehicle. The photographing unit acquires the image information by photographing a preset region when sensing signals are generated by the sensor unit and includes an aperture motor controlling the opening or closing of an aperture. The external terminal detects a registration number of the vehicle based on the image information transmitted from the photographing unit. The external terminal includes a database unit(53), a brightness detecting unit(55), a difference calculating unit(57), an aperture control value generating unit(59), and a registration number recognition unit(61). The external terminal transmits an aperture control value to the photographing unit when the aperture control value is generated.
