Abstract: A traffic information system is provided directly to secure an image photographed by cameras installed in the front of vehicle, and the back direction and obtain traffic information through a P2P method. In a traffic information exchanging server based on P2P service, a vehicle mounted terminal in a plurality of vehicles in driving which is connected to server through a P2P method. Image photographing apparatus are mounted on the front or the rearward of the vehicles with transmitting the traffic information by photographing traffic flow. By connecting to server and using the image photographing apparatus, the vehicle mounted terminal transmits the traffic information by taking a picture on a real time basis.
