Abstract: PURPOSE: An electron compass with a flux gate device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a bonding pad thin film. CONSTITUTION: An electron compasses with a flux gate device comprises follows. An z-axis fluxgate sensor is equipped on a single board with fixed size. The first electrical terminal of a single board and a terminal which is arranged on the z-axis fluxgate sensor are electrically connected with one another. A base substrate(210) of the electron compass is vertically mounted on a z-axis flux gate device(100). The first electrical terminal with fixed length is formed at end of a single board.

Abstract: 본 발명은, 전자 나침반 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 3축 방향의 자계성분을 검출하는 박막형 3축 플럭스게이트(Fluxgate)를 포함하는 전자 나침반에 있어서, 자계의 수직 성분을 검출하는 z축 플럭스게이트 센서; 및 상기 z축 플럭스게이트 센서가 수평으로 장착되며, 상기 z축 플럭스게이트 센서와 전기적으로 연결된 제1 전기 단자가 끝단에 형성된 단일기판을 포함하는 z축 플럭스게이트 소자가 전자 나침반의 베이스 기판 상에 장착되되, 상기 베이스 기판에는, ASIC 구동소자와 전기적으로 연결된 제2 전기 단자가 형성되고, 상기 z축 플럭스게이트 소자가 장착된 단일 기판이 상기 베이스 기판에 수직으로 장착되며 상기 제1 전기 단자와 제2 전기 단자가 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자나침반과 이를 제조하는 방법으로서, 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 전자나침반의 z축 플럭스게이트 소자를 별도의 단품으로 제작하여 베이스 기판에 장착함으로써 수직방향의 와이어 본딩이 어려운 문제점을 해결하며, 간단한 제조공정을 통해 전자나침반의 대량생산 및 저렴한 제조단가에 기여할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic compass package having fluxgate device comprises an X-axis flux gate device(500), a Y-axis flux gate device(600), and a Z-axis flux gate device(100), and an ASIC driving component(400). The X-axis and Y-axis flux gate device are horizontally mounted. The X-axis and Y-axis flux gate devices detect the horizontal magnetic field component on a base substrate(200). The Z-axis flux gate device detects the magnetic field of the vertical direction. The Z-axis flux gate device is mounted in the vertical direction. The ASIC driving component is installed in order to drive flux gate device.
