Abstract: 본 발명은, 밸브의 개방 상태를 육안으로 확인하면서 제어할 수 있도록 하여, 작업자가 밸브의 개폐작업을 안정적이고 정확하게 수행할 수 있도록 밸브(2)를 구성하며 유체가 경유하는 관통공을 가지는 볼(3)과 결합 된 상태에서 밸브몸체(4)의 외부로 축결합 된 상태에서 노출된 회전축(5)의 일단이 결합되어 상기 볼회전축(5)을 회전시키도록 된 것으로, 하단이 상기한 밸브몸체(4)에 끼움 고정되며 내주면에 기어치(6)들이 배치되며 상하로 관통된 관 형상의 몸체(7)와, 상기 몸체(7)의 내부에 설치되며 상기 기어치(6)와 결합하는 다수의 유성기어(8)들이 축 결합되며 저면에 상기 볼회전축(5)의 일단이 고정되는 된 판 상의 케리어(9)와, 상기 몸체(7)의 상부를 폐쇄하도록 결합하는 덮개(10)와, 상기 덮개(10)에 회전가능하게 축 결합하며 하단에는 상기 유성기어(8)들의 중앙에 위치하여 상기 유성기어(8)들과 기어 결합하는 태양기어(11)가 고정되고 상단에는 작업자가 손 또는 별도의 기구로 취부하여 회전시킬 수 있도록 외부로 노출되는 레버(12)를 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 덮개(10)에는 상기 케리어(9)의 회전상태를 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 된 투시부가 형성된 밸브의 개폐장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an opening/closing device for a valve that allows the open state of a valve to be checked by naked eyes and controlled, thus stably and accurately performing the opening/closing operations for the valve. According to the present invention, the opening/closing device for a valve includes an up and down penetrated pipe-shaped body (7) coupled to one end of a ball rotary shaft (5) shaft-coupled to the outside of a valve body (4) in the state of being coupled to a ball (3) having a through hole through which a fluid is passed so as to rotate the ball rotary shaft (5), the body (7) being fixedly fitted to the valve body (4) and having gear teeth (6) arranged along the inner peripheral surface thereof; a plate-shaped carrier (9) disposed inside the body (7) in such a manner as to be shaft-coupled to a plurality of planet gears (8) coupled to the gear teeth (6) and having the underside to which one end of the ball rotary shaft 5 is fixed, a cover (10) adapted to cover the upper portion of the body (7), and a lever (12) rotatably shaft-coupled to the cover (10) and having a sun gear (11) fixed to the lower end thereof in such a manner as to be located at the center of the planet gears (8) and gear-coupled thereto, the upper end of the lever (12) being exposed to the outside and rotated by means of an operator′s hand or a separate tool. Further, the cover (10) has a transparent portion formed thereon so as to allow the rotating state of the carrier (9) to be checked by the naked eyes.
