Abstract: A disk-type membrane module which can be operated even under conditions of high viscosity and high concentration load, and easily controls treatment capacity of an undiluted solution is provided. A disk-type membrane module(100) comprises two or more cylindrical blocks(130,140,150) in which an internal space is formed such that a plurality of disks(110) and membranes(120) are alternately laid up in the internal space, and which has inlets(131,141,151) formed at one side of an upper portion thereof such that an undiluted solution flows in the blocks through the inlets, and an outlets(132,142,152) formed at one side of a lower portion thereof such that an unfiltered-undiluted solution is discharged through the outlets, wherein a filtered liquid filtered by the membranes and moved into the membranes is discharged to the outside through a filtered liquid pipe(160) connected to through holes of the blocks after passing through the through holes of the membranes and the disks.

Abstract: A membrane module which enables products with more stable and uniform qualities to be produced during manufacturing of a large module, causes an undiluted solution to be uniformly supplied to a plurality of membranes, and has an excellent cleaning effect of the membranes, and a manufacturing method of the same are provided. A membrane module(100) comprises: a hollow outer cylinder(110); a plurality of membranes(120); a plurality of lower fixed caps which are formed in a polygonal cross-sectional shape, and have undiluted solution-and-air inflow pipes(131) formed at an approximately central part thereof, wherein both ends of the undiluted solution-and-air inflow pipes are opened to supply an undiluted solution and air through the undiluted solution-and-air inflow pipes; a top adhesion part(140) formed by applying an adhesive onto the top of the membranes; a bottom adhesion part(150) which is formed by applying an adhesive onto the bottom of the membranes, and has a plurality of undiluted solution-and-air supply holes formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof; a concentrated liquid discharge pipe(160) of which both ends are opened, and which is formed in a cylindrical shape to discharge contaminants to the outside; an upper connection member(170) connected to an upper part of the plurality of membranes to discharge filtered liquid passing through the plurality of membranes to the outside; and a lower connection member(180) which is connected to a lower part of the plurality of membranes, and through which an undiluted solution and air are supplied.
