Abstract: A system for automating new address notification with an ACS is provided to transfer new address information assigned to residents residing in a new address and receive confirmation from the residents by using the ACS for automatically giving a call to the residents based on information extracted from a new address database. An ACS server(1) includes a call processing function, and comprises a controller(11), an information generator(12), and a response detector(13). The ACS server automatically gives the call to a target resident(5), generates/transfers a new address notification message by using information stored in a new address database server(2), detects a response, and stores a detection result to the new address database server. The new address database server provides the information generating the automatic notification message by storing lot number address, new address, and resident information, and matching information of the stored information. A new address notification database server(3) stores the detection result of the residents.
