Abstract: PURPOSE: A lens test system and a lens test method thereof are provided to more efficiently determine the good of a lens because the transfer directions of a vacuum suction handler and a tray containing a lens are perpendicular to each other. CONSTITUTION: A lens test system(100) comprises a tray(120) in which a lens structure is loaded, an inspection module(150) which implements lens image inspection on the lens structure, a transfer module(105) which moves the lens structure between the tray and the inspection module, and a suction unit(140) which is arranged in the transfer module to load or unload the lens structure with a vacuum suction method. The transfer module comprises a tray transfer part(110) which moves the tray in a first direction and a vacuum suction unit transfer part(130) which moves the suction unit in the direction crossing the first direction within the space between the tray and the inspection module.
