Abstract: 본발명의덤프트럭적재함덮개장치는조립과해체가용이하도록설치되고, 일정부분서로겹치면서상기덤프트럭의적재함을덮으며, 서로독립적으로작동이가능한 2개의덮개유니트로구성되며, 상기덮개유니트는적재함의폭 방향으로회전될수 있게상기적재함의길이방향으로고정설치되며, 상기적재함의길이방향을다 덮도록일정길이를가지는제1축부와; 상기제1축부를회전시키는동력을주며, 열고닫을때 회전방향을바꾸기위해정역회전이가능한기어드모터부와; 상기제1축부와같은길이로일정간격을두고평형하게형성되며, 상기기어드모터의회전력을전달받아회전되어상기덮개유니트가반으로접히거나펴지게하여상기적재함의길이방향외측에갈무리되게하거나상기적재함의상부에펼쳐지게하는제2축부와; 상기제1축부의회전력을제2축부로전달하는동력전달부와; 상기제1축부와제2축부사이에조립과해체가용이하도록설치되어상기제1축부에수직으로형성되어상기제1축부와제2축부를결합시키는제1지지대부와; 상기제2축부에서상기제1축부반대쪽으로조립과해체가용이하도록형성되어상기제1지지대부와일정각도사이에서만접혀졌다펼쳐졌다하는제2지지대부와; 상기적재함말단의상기제1지지대부및 제2지지대부와직각으로결합되어형성되며상기제1지지대부및 제2지지대부를축으로하여회전되어차량의뒷부분을밀폐시키는말단밀폐부와; 적재물의비산방지나우천시 빗물이적재물에혼입되지않도록덮어주는덮개천으로구성된다. 본발명의지지대교체가용이한덤프트럭적재함덮개장치에따르면강화플라스틱과아라미드섬유의덮개천을사용하여가벼우면서도내구성이있고, 적재물에의한파손이일어나도쉽게교체할수 있으며, 덮개장치가간단하고단조로워제작비가적게든다.

Abstract: A wind-proof fence structure is provided to minimize the connecting work between wind-proof plates or an interval of the wind-proof plate and a H-steel. A wind-proof fence structure comprises: a H-steel(310) repetitively arranged at the regular interval; and a wind-proof plate located between H-steels. The wind-proof plate has; a frame of rectangular shape consisting of an up and down frame and a left and right frame; and a metal net(323) located within the frame. The metal net takes a shape of being curve-cut in concavo-convex on the horizontal plane of the wind-proof plate. The wind-proof plate is located between a front flange(312) and a rear flange(313) of the H-steel. A support iron(325) with a curved part is equipped at one side of the wind-proof plate. A wedge(326) is inserted and fixed in the gap between the support iron and the rear flange of the H-steel. The support iron and the rear flange of the H-steel are separated each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A compression and expansion simulator of normal temperature ascon is provided to improve economic effects by installing a test piece generator inside a tamping machine which includes a measuring disk, a fixing cap, and a dial gauge so that the compression and expansion tests for the test piece can be simply processed. CONSTITUTION: A compression and expansion simulator of normal temperature ascon comprises a test sample generator which produces test samples by putting ascon mixture inside and a compression and expansion simulator which performs the compression and expansion tests for the manufactured test piece. The compression and expansion simulator is installed at the upper part of the test sample generator as separable. The test sample generator comprises a bottom plate in which seating projections having seating grooves, a body(20) which includes lower stepped pulley projections in which the seating groves and the seating projections are placed at the lower end outer circumference, A bottom plate in which lower stepped pulley grooves are formed at the lower inner circumference and a cap which has a space for manufacturing the test samples. In the body, upper stepped pulley projections are formed at the upper end outer circumference. In the bottom plate, upper stepped pulley projections are formed at the upper end outer circumference.
