Abstract: 본 고안은 시험 대상물의 누설 여부를 확인하기 위한 테스트 플러그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 하자요인을 사전에 예방할 수 있으며, 작업 성능 및 경제적인 효과도 향상시킬 수 있는 테스트 플러그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 유체 공급에 의하여 팽창하여 누설 점검이 필요한 지점을 기밀시키는 수축팽창백(bag); 상기 수축팽창백에 유체를 공급하기 위한 유체공급장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 플러그 장치를 제공한다. 본 고안의 바람직한 구체예에 따르면, 상기 유체공급장치는 유체공급라인; 및 누설 점검이 필요한 지점으로의 상기 수축팽창백의 삽입회수를 보조하는 보조라인을 포함한다. 본 고안의 바람직한 구체예에 따르면, 상기 수축팽창백은 팽창시 외주테를 구비하는 원통형 형상을 한다. 따라서 본 고안의 테스트 플러그 장치를 이용하여, 유체 공급에 의하여 팽창될 수 있는 수축팽창백을 누설 점검이 필요한 지점에 삽입하는 단계; 상기 수축팽창백에 유체를 공급하여 상기 수축팽창백을 시험대상물의 내벽에 밀착시키는 단계; 상기 시험대상물에 시험유체를 공급하여 시험유체 누설 여부를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 과정을 거치면 유체의 누설 시험할 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A test plug apparatus and leakage test method is provided to allow maintenance and repair work to be easily and rapidly performed by performing leakage test in the unit of floor and according to purposes and processes, while improving work efficiency and construction period and cost. CONSTITUTION: A test plug apparatus comprises a contractible expandable bag(1) which expands by a fluid(8) being supplied, and seals the site where the leakage test is required; and a fluid supply unit for supplying fluid to the contractible expandable bag. The fluid supply unit includes a fluid supply line(3); and an auxiliary line(2) for assisting insertion of the contractible expandable bag to the site where the leakage test is required. A leakage test method comprises a first step of inserting a contractible expandable bag into the site where the leakage test is required; a second step of permitting the bag to tightly contact the inner wall of an object to be tested, by supplying fluid to the bag; and a third step of supplying test fluid to the object to be tested, and checking the leakage of the test fluid.
