Abstract: 본 고안은 철근콘크리트 공사에서 바 스페이서와 달대용 인서트가 일체화된 부재를 사용함으로 슬래브철근 배근시 시공성, 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 인서트가 결합된 바 스페이서에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 인서트가 결합된 바 스페이서(1)는 일정길이의 길이부재(11); 상기 길이부재(11) 아래에 접합되어 길이부재를 지지하는 다수개의 다리(12); 및, 하부 끝에는 고정수단(13a)이 구비되고 나사구멍(13b)이 하향 형성되며 상기 나사구멍(13b)에는 캡(13c)이 끼워진 것으로, 상기 길이부재(11) 아래에 접합되는 인서트(13);를 포함하여 구성된다. 두 개의 인서트가 결합된 바 스페이서(1)를 길이방향으로 연속해서 연결하기 위해서는 결속수단을 사용하게 되는데, 본 고안에서는 절개부(2a)가 형성된 U자 단면형상의 부재로 길이부재(11)의 끝단과 다른 길이부재(11)의 끝단에 끼워 연결하는 U자형 클립(2)을 구체예로 채택하고 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 바 스페이서와 달대용 인서트의 설치를 단일공정으로 가능하여 공기단축에 기여하며, U자형 클립의 사용으로 길이방향으로 연속되는 바 스페이서를 겹침부분없이 간편하게 연결하고 불필요한 재료의 낭비를 줄일수 있게 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bar spacer coupled with an insert and an arrangement method of a slab steel bar by using the same are provided to improve workability by using an integrated form of the bar spacer and the spacer. CONSTITUTION: The bar spacer(1) comprises a length component(11) with constant length; a number of legs(12) to support the length component(11) by being jointed below the component(11); an insert(13) jointed below the component(11) and covered with a cap(13c) on a screw hole(13b) formed downward and having a fixing device(13a) at lower part. In order to connect both of the bar spacers(1) lengthwise continuously, a coupling device is used. The coupling device comprises 'U' shaped clip with slit to insert and connect one end of the length component(11) and another end of a next length component(11).
