Abstract: PURPOSE: An iron ware for reinforcing box laid in lightweight wall is provided to fix a variety of box laid in a lightweight wall effectively at constant interval by forming a box reinforcing iron ware from a metallic material or a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: A main body unit(11) is formed in disk shape. The main body unit(11) is connected respectively with a leg unit, with a wing unit, and with a leg aid unit. A box hole(12) is formed on a central part of the main body unit(11). A box(31) is combined with the main body unit(11) through a screw combination in a screw hole for box combination. A plurality of screw nail hole(13) are formed on the main body unit(11) and the wing unit.

Abstract: 본 고안은 벽체 내부에 경량철골 등과 같은 프레임이 형성되고 상기 프레임에 석고보드와 같은 면재가 취부됨으로써 벽체에 공간이 형성되는 경량칸막이 벽체에 매설되는 박스를 일정한 간격으로 고정, 보강하기 위한 철물에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 판상의 형상으로 형성되는 본체부(11), 상기 본체부(11)의 장변의 양단부에서 수직으로 절곡되어 연속되는 다리부(16), 상기 다리부(16)의 단부에서 수직으로 절곡되어 연속되는 날개부(17), 상기 본체부(11)의 일부에서 후면으로 절곡되어 형성되는 다리 보조부(18), 상기 본체부(11) 중앙부에 형성되는 박스 구멍(12), 상기 박스 구멍(12)에 인접하여 다수 형성되는 박스 결합용 나사구멍(19) 및 상기 본체부(11) 및 날개부(17)에 다수 형성되는 나사못구멍(13)을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 고안의 박스 보강철물(10)은 금속재 또는 열경화성 수지로 형성되고 상기 다리부(16)는 설치되는 벽체의 면재(41)의 두께와 동일하게 형성되고 상기 날개부(17)는 벽체의 면재(41)와 나사못 결합으로써 고정되고 상기 박스 결합용 나사구멍(19)에 나사못으로써 벽체 내에 매설된 박스(31)와 본 고안의 박스 보강철물(10)이 고정된다.
본 고안으로 경량칸막이 벽체에 매설되는 각종 박스를 효과적으로 일정 간격으로 고정하고 경량칸막이 벽체와 전기박스 보강철물을 견고하게 고정하게 되었다.
