본 발명을 이용하여 방수제를 도포하는 경우에는 고압 상태에서 침투되는 방수제가 콘크리트 구조물과 일체화되어 두꺼운 방수층을 형성하므로, 외부 충격이나 콘크리트의 균열로 인한 방수층의 손상을 예방할 수 있다. 아울러 방수제가 콘크리트 공극 내부로 깊이 침투되므로, 바탕조정층의 시공이나 방수층의 들뜸을 방지하기 위한 공정 및 콘크리트의 균열 보수 공정이 불필요하여 공기 및 공사비를 절감할 수 있다.
