Abstract:
본 고안은 콘크리트 구조물을 벽체와 같은 수직부재와 슬라브와 같은 수평부재를 분리하여 타설하는 경우 이음부분을 견고히 결합하고 설치작업을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 망상으로 형성된 박스에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 전체적으로 육면체의 형상으로 구멍이 촘촘히 뚫려있고 6개의 면중에서 일면이 오픈되어 형성되는 망상형의 철재 박스(11), 상기 오픈된 면을 막는 덮개(12)를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 고안은 망상의 철판을 절곡하여 형성되기 때문에 다우얼 바(40)를 설치할 때 간단한 절단 공구로써 상기 다우얼 바(40)를 끼울 구멍을 형성하기가 용이하고 다우얼 바(40)와 다우얼 박스(10)의 설치순서에 관계없이 용이하게 설치할 수 있으며 벽체 콘크리트가 타설된 후 박스 후면의 콘크리트의 타설 상태를 유관으로 점검할 수 있어 구조적 하자를 예방하기에도 용이하고 망상의 개별 구멍에서 시멘트 페이스트가 유입되어 자연스럽게 엠보싱이 형성됨으로써 후속 공정인 슬라브 콘크리트와 접합력 증대에 기여할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그리고 상기 망상형 철판은 보나 슬라브를 끊어칠 때 이용하는 리브 라쓰(rib lath)를 사용하여 쉽게 제작할 수 있고 가격 또한 저렴하다.
Abstract:
Underground structure and the underground structure method of construction using the retaining wall are provided that the reduction of construction period and execution control are facilitated. An underground structure comprises a retaining wall(100), a main body column of the structure body which is under construction in the space inside part which the retaining wall forms, a horizontal bracket(300) combined in the soldier pile(110) of the retaining wall; a support beam(400) installed according to the longitudinal direction of the retaining wall, a steel beam(500) in which one end is installed on the top of the cap beam, and which is combined in the vertical member in which the other end is adjacent, a deck plate(600) consisting of a first border and a second border, a slab concrete(700) poured on the deck plate, a retention wall consisting of the concrete poured in the retaining wall, the first border and the space which the second border forms.

PURPOSE: Provided is a network form box to rigidly bind joint portions and to confirm easily installation when separately introducing into vertical and horizontal components such as wall and slab, respectively. CONSTITUTION: The network form box comprises an iron box provided a number of holes through hexagonal side walls; and a cover to close the opened side. The box is prepared of network form iron sheet after being bent and includes a dowel bar(40) to be inserted into any hole formed in the bent box. The hole of the box has a size of 15mm¬2-140mm¬2 and the cover may be prepared of wood, PVC, iron materials. The iron box is produced by several steps, especially, of inserting the dowel bar(40) into the hole in the box; and introducing concrete into a cast of a wall body(50); arranging slab reinforcement bars(70) and connecting the bars(70) to the dowel bar(40); and forming a slab(60) by introducing and curing concrete.
