Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition of sunscreen having effects of whitening skin and improving wrinkles and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the composition of sunscreen includes a fresh herb medicinal extract of mixing Raphani Semen, Cnidium officinale Makino, Angelica gigas Nakai, and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidzumi with safflower as active ingredients.
