Abstract: PURPOSE: A distributed filter is provided to obtain an excellent attenuation characteristic and to realize a predetermined filter having a different frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ceramic layers is formed into a stacked structure. In interlayer, a plurality of signal line coil patterns(311,321,331,341,351) and a plurality of ground line coil patterns(312,322,332,342,352) are arranged to the each other. The distributed filter further includes a plurality of via hole conductors(C1-C9,G1-G9) formed at both end portions of the signal and ground line coil patterns for electrically connecting the signal line coil patterns with the ground line coil patterns.
