The cooling oil flow guide ring is disposed from the center of the coil case to the outside at predetermined intervals and has a predetermined height.

Abstract: 본 발명은, 펄스형 전류를 이용하여 골반저근을 지배하는 골반신경을 자극하여 수축·이완운동을 시킴으로써 요실금을 치료하는 자기 요실금 치료장치에 있어서, 자극의 세기, 주파수 및 자극시간 등을 조정함으로써 다양한 형태의 치료프로토콜을 형성하는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
기존의 자기 요실금 치료장치에서는, 일정 세기와 주파수의 자극을 인가하여 똑같이 자극을 함으로써, 급격한 자극의 인가에 의해 환자가 놀라기도 하고, 초기의 치료시에는 잘 적응하지 못하는 등의 불편함이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는, 시간에 따라 자극의 세기, 주파수 등을 변화시켜 초기에는 약하지만 점차로 강해져 가는 자극으로 치료하는 등의 치료 프로토콜이 필요하게 되었다. 또한, 환자의 상태에 따라 다양한 치료효과를 제공하기 위해서도, 다양한 형태의 치료 프로토콜이 필요하게 되었다.
