Abstract: PURPOSE: A solar cell inspection apparatus is provided to equipment installation costs by inspecting a plurality of solar modules using one camera. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal transfer unit(100) transfers a solar module(20) to a horizontal direction. The horizontal transfer unit raises the solar module to a vertical direction. A power supply unit applies power to the solar module. An imaging device(400) takes a photograph of the EL light emitted from the solar module and generates an EL image. An imaging device transfer apparatus(500) transfers the imaging device to the horizontal direction.
