Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of connecting stator coil to a bus-bar for electric motor and a method thereof are provided to reduce the failure rate of an electronic motor by performing wiring through an addition fixing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The protrusion(300) of a stator coil is partly bent in an U-shape to form a buffer part. The end of the protrusion is bent in horizontal to form a hook(304). A fitting unit is formed between the hook and the buffer part and is fixed in the bracket of a bus bar(200). A fixing unit(100) connects the protrusion to the bus bar.
