Abstract: 본 명세서는 생체 친화적인 바이오 폴리머를 사용하여 형성된 코어 쉘 네트워크 구조체 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 구조체는 폴리 에틸렌 글리콜(PEG)과 같은 합성 화학물질을 대체하여 난용성 효능물질을 효과적으로 조성물내 분산시킬 수 있으므로 안전성 문제를 해결할 수 있으면서, 상기 네트워크 구조를 통해 제형을 장기간 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 구조체 및 이를 포함하는 조성물을 피부 장벽 강화, 피부 보습 또는 피부 재생과 같은 피부에 유용한 효능을 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fluorine distillation apparatus and a quantitative analyzing method of sodium monofluorophosphate in a toothpaste using thereof are provided to rapidly and accurately quantitative analyzing the sodium monofluorophosphate using a reaction bottle and an absorption device. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine distillation apparatus comprises the following: a reaction bottle(10) for containing samples; an absorption device(20) with opened both ends, combined with the upper side of the reaction bottle; and an absorber(21) located in the inside of the absorption device. A quantitative analyzing method of sodium monofluorophosphate using the fluorine distillation apparatus comprises the following steps: dispersing a toothpaste in a total ion strength adjustment buffer; filtering the toothpaste for removing interfering substances; preparing the fluorine distillation apparatus; inserting centrifuge upper layer liquid of the filtered toothpaste into the reaction bottle, and acid-processing; collecting fluorine ions by combining the absorption device to the reaction bottle; and measuring the concentration of the fluorine ions.
