    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably continuously forming on a carrier film, the air-impermeable barrier layer comprising curing a transparent curing resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin sheet which comprises impregnating a mesh body with a transparent curing resin and curing, and is used for repair or reinforcement of a concrete structure. The method includes at least two steps of the following steps (1) and (2): a step (1) of selecting the carrier film and the cover film, both of which are the biaxially-stretched polyethylene terephthalate films, the thicknesses Tand Tof the carrier film and cover film are 25-100 and 12-50 μm, respectively, and the thickness ratio of T/Tis 1.5-5, and of applying the transparent curing resin composition (A) on the carrier film to form a liquid layer (a) for forming the air-impermeable barrier layer having thickness of 30-100 μm, and then laminating the cover film onto the liquid layer (a), leading to a curing furnace to cure the composition (A); and a step (2) of peeling the cover film from the surface of the barrier layer comprising the cured transparent resin on the carrier film and diverting the peeled cover film in order to reuse as that film in a post-process.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin sheet for reinforcement or repair, which enables observation with time of the surface of a concrete structure and is free from leakage of an uncured adhesive during construction, and to provide the fiber-reinforced resin sheet.SOLUTION: The method for production of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet includes: (1) a liquid layer-forming step of applying a transparent curing resin composition (A) for a body onto a carrier film or a barrier layer formed on the carrier film; (2) a pre-impregnation step of making a mesh body drive while immersing it in an impregnation tank in which a transparent curing resin composition (B) for pre-impregnation having compatibility with the transparent curing resin composition (A) and having a viscosity of 50-15,000 cP is injected, and then permitting the passage of the mesh body retaining a resin liquid between the impregnation rollers to impregnate and defoam it at a roller linear pressure of 5-30 N/cm; (3) a main impregnation step of feeding the mesh body impregnated with the resin composition (B) in the liquid layer of the resin composition (A) from the upper surface thereof, and further placing a first cover film on the upper face thereof to impregnate the mesh body on the carrier film or by being sandwiched between the carrier film and the barrier layer formed on the carrier film with the resin composition (A); and (4) a curing step of curing the resin compositions (B) and (A).
