Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device for supplying a consistently stable flow amount independently of a change in pipe resistance while eliminating the need for special incidental equipment. SOLUTION: The pump device comprises a pump casing 1, a canned motor pump having a canned motor 6 stored in the pump casing 1 and an impeller 8 fixed to a spindle 7 of the canned motor 6, a frequency converter F fixed to the outer face of the pump casing 1 for supplying power to the canned motor 6, a detecting means for detecting a current value for a current to be supplied to the canned motor 6, and a control part previously storing a relationship between a frequency and the current value and provided in a frequency converter F. The control part compares a frequency and a current value in the case of actual operation with the frequency and the current value previously stored therein and changes a frequency generated by the frequency converter F so that the current value for the current to be supplied to the canned motor 6 matches to the relationship between the frequency and the current value previously stored therein. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine, in which effective operation can be performed in accordance with fluid to be sucked without waste, in which further compactness and light weight are achieved, in which various power sources can be applied, in which power consumption is reduced in a case where there is no fluid to be discharged, and in which resistance to overload and constraint is strong to cause less starting failure (less constraint). SOLUTION: This fluid machine, in which fluid to be handled or fluid to be carried exists at an outer circumferential part of a motor stator, is provided with a motor frame 32 enclosing the outer circumferential part of the motor stator 31, a pump part 10 provided at one end of a motor shaft 16, a first cover 3 provided on the other end side of the motor shaft 16 to support a bearing 34, a frequency converter 36 provided on the counter-bearing side of the first cover 3, and a second cover 37 to contain the frequency converter 36 to the first cover 3. Abstract:
A canned motor for use in a pump has an outer frame casing fitted over a stator, a pair of side frame members welded to respective open ends of the outer frame casing, a can fitted in the stator and joined to the side frame members, and an outer cylinder disposed around the outer frame casing with an annular spaced defined therebetween, the outer cylinder being welded to the outer frame casing. The outer cylinder has a pair of flanges disposed respectively on axially spaced open ends thereof for attachment to components of a pump assembly and holding a fluid being handled within the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder has a hole defined in an outer circumferential wall thereof for passing leads for connection to a power supply.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pump structure capable of increasing productivity on the whole while improving function of each pump by taking three forms of a mechanical seal, a canned motor pump, and a magnet pump into a field of vision. SOLUTION: This motor pump is provided with a motor 41, impellers 4A, 4B whose suction parts 4Aa are attached by directing them toward a motor 41 side, the mechanical seal 46 provided between the motor 41 and the impeller 4A, and a mechanism for leading a part of handling liquid on a pump discharge side onto a sliding face of the mechanical seal 46 to give a self suction function by leading a part of handling liquid into the suction part 4Aa of the impeller 4A.
