Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch device for an exterior covering film for a greenhouse enabling securely and easily stretching the exterior covering film to be set in an openable and closable manner so as to be imparted with a desired tension without damage, and to provide a stretch method for the exterior covering film for the greenhouse using the stretch device. SOLUTION: The stretch method comprises connecting the base edge of a first belt member 11 to a rolling pipe 40 fixed with the edge of the exterior covering film 30 and setting a loop part 11c as a part to-be-engaged on a free edge. The hook member 12d of a second belt member 12 constituting a tension-imparting member is engaged with the loop part 11c so as to adjust the length of the second belt member 12. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation film-holding member that facilitates the operation for opening and shutting a ventilation film as well as surely depresses the fluttering motion of the ventilation film. SOLUTION: Belt materials 20 are extended along the outer face of the ventilation film 300 and equipped with coil springs 40 as elastic members that energize in the direction to press the belt members 20 to the ventilation film 300 and a string material 50 as a regulating member for regulating the expansions of the coil springs 40. Accordingly, in usual use cases, while suppressing the fluttering of the ventilation film 300 by the elastic power of the coil springs 40, the operation of opening or closing the ventilation film 300 can be carried out by using a rolling shaft 200 without separately performing the operation of loosening the belt materials 20 whereby the operation for opening and closing the ventilation film 300 can be facilitated. In unusing or strong wind case, the ventilation film 300 is further strongly depressed with belt materials 20 whereby the fluttering of the ventilation film 300 is surely inhibited. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a ventilation function in a greenhouse having a plastic film as an outer cover. SOLUTION: The apparatus for opening and closing an outer cover film has constitution that an intermediate winding shaft 12 is arranged between the base end 21a and the tip 21b of a film 21 for ceiling ventilation functioning as a ventilation member and the film 21 for the ceiling ventilation is wound from the middle part of the film. Consequently, the base end 21a of the film 21 for the ceiling ventilation constituting the ventilation member is arranged in a fixed state. While the plastic film is used as the outer cover, an excessive gap countermeasure means is not needed in comparison with a conventional greenhouse and an opening for ventilation is formed at an arbitrary part such as a ceiling part A, etc., by taking ventilation efficiency into consideration. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for opening and closing a ventilation film for a greenhouse, with which the drive load on the apparatus is reduced and sealability of the greenhouse is increased. SOLUTION: The apparatus for opening and closing the ventilation film for the greenhouse has a constitution that a combination of a sealing film part 11 and a netlike number 12 provided with hole parts 12d for ventilation is used as the ventilation film 10 for the greenhouse and the ventilation film is wound on winding shafts 21 and 22 in the adjacent direction of the sealing film part 11 and the netlike member 12. Consequently, since the whole hole parts 12d for ventilation formed on the netlike member 12 is closed by unwinding the whole netlike member 12, installation of a canopy-like platy member between the winding shaft and a stationary beam is not required. The driving load of the winding shaft is more reduced than that of a conventional apparatus. Since the installation of the canopy-like platy member is not required, an opening part 110 for ventilation is surely sealed even if the framework materials of the greenhouse cause meander shapes. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind or unwind a plurality of kinds of films having different functions with a simple structure, and to pull the films with a tension on some level without tightening by a mica wire. SOLUTION: There is provided a movable winding shaft 20 which is movable accompanied by the winding or unwinding operation of the films 210 and 220 with adjacent portions of a first film 210 and a second film 220 wound together therearound. A base end portion of the second film 220 is pivotably supported by a bearing member 30a, and supported by a fixed winding shaft 30 which is not moved by the winding or unwinding operation of the films 210 and 220. The tension in each film can be increased by winding the second film 220 by a predetermined quantity by the fixed winding shaft 30 in an arbitrary state irrespective of each winding quantity of the first film 210 and the second film 220.
