Abstract: 본 발명은 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 순환골재를 이용한 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 골재 중 일부 또는 전부를 순환골재를 사용하여 폐콘크리트를 재활용하며, 순환골재를 사용함에 따른 콘크리트의 강도 저하문제를 해결하기 위하여 강섬유를 콘크리트에 혼입한다. 콘크리트에 혼입된 강섬유는 브릿지작용을 함으로써 콘크리트의 강도를 보강한다. 이렇게 순환골재를 사용한 콘크리트를 강섬유로 보강함으로써 순환골재 콘크리트도 고강도 콘크리트로 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reinforced steel fiber-based recycled aggregate concrete composition is provided to prevent the intensity reduction of concrete due to the use of recycled aggregate by reinforcing the recycled aggregate with steel fiber. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced steel fiber-based recycled aggregate concrete composition includes steel fiber and concrete containing cement, sand, and aggregated with recycled aggregate. The steel fiber is mixed with the concrete to reinforce the intensity of the concrete. The content of the steel fiber is 0.5-1.0 volume% of the volume of the mixture containing the concrete and water. The content of the recycled aggregate is 30-100 volume% of the entire aggregate. The concrete further includes silica fume.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种钢筋纤维复合骨料混凝土组合物，用于通过用钢纤维增强再生骨料，防止由于使用再生骨料而引起的混凝土强度降低。 构成：钢筋纤维复合骨料混凝土组合物包括钢纤维和混凝土，含有水泥，砂粒，并与再生骨料聚集。 钢纤维与混凝土混合，以增强混凝土的强度。 钢纤维的含量为含有混凝土和水的混合物的体积的0.5-1.0体积％。 回收骨料的含量为整个骨料的30-100％（体积）。 混凝土还包括硅灰。
