Abstract: The present invention relates to a balance board and a balance chair having the same and, more specifically, to a device, which enables a user to have correct posture by being seesawed right and left, and back and forth. The device comprises: a seat (100) capable of gripping and seating; and a supporting member (200) having an arc shape, and arranged on the bottom of the seat (100), wherein the seat (100) is configured to be seesawed by the supporting member (200). Therefore, the device calls a user′s attention such that the user can stably seat on a chair, which can be rocking right and left, and back and forth, without wavering to induce the user to voluntarily seat in a correct posture, thereby obtaining a posture correction effect and preventing diseases such as back pain, herniated disc, scoliosis, etc. And the device enables the user to turn a lower frame of a balance chair inside out and combine the lower frame with a balance board, thereby being used as an unwavering chair, and enables the user to separate the balance board from the lower frame and take simple stretching and various balance related exercises, thereby improving muscular strength, endurance and balance.

Abstract: 본 발명은 밸런스 보드 및 이를 구비한 밸런스 체어에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 좌우전후로 시소 가능하여 바른 자세를 취하게 하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 파지 및 착좌 가능한 좌판(100)과; 상기 좌판(100)의 저면에 구성된 원호형의 받침부재(200)와; 상기 좌판(100)은 상기 받침부재(200)에 의해 시소 가능한 것으로 구성되어, 좌우전후로 흔들릴 수 있는 의자에 흔들림없이 안정적으로 착석하도록 사용자의 주의를 환기시킴으로써 자발적으로 바른 자세로 착석하도록 유도하여 자세 교정 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 요통, 허리디스크, 척추측만증 등과 같은 질환을 예방할 수 있으며, 밸런스 체어의 하부프레임을 뒤집어 밸런스 보드와 결합하면 흔들림 없는 의자로도 사용이 가능하고, 밸런스 보드를 하부프레임과 분리하여 간단한 스트레칭 및 다양한 균형관련 운동을 할 수 있어, 근력과 지구력 및 균형감각의 향상이 가능한 것이다.
