Abstract: 본 발명은 산업폐기물을 이용한 수처리용 여재의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 산업부산물로서 수산화알루미늄 함량 40 중량% ~ 70 중량% 이고, 합성수지 함량 30 중량% ~ 60 중량% 로 구성된 연마분진 폐기물을 수집하고; 상기의 연마분진 폐기물을 500 ~ 600 ℃의 고온소성로에서 2시간 내지 4시간 동안 소성하고 냉각하여 무정형 산화알루미늄을 제조하고; 또한, 상기의 연마분진 폐기물을 증류수에 투입하여 상온에서 혼련한 후, 130 ~ 180 ℃의 온도에서 2시간 내지 4시간 동안 교반하여 숙성하고, 이것을 수회에 걸쳐 세척하고 건조한 다음, 다시 건조된 중간물을 300 ℃에서 30분 동안 급열하여 소성한 후 냉각하여 결정형 깁사이트를 제조하며; 상기의 무정형 산화알루미늄 : 결정형 깁사이트 = 2 ~ 8 : 8 ~ 2 의 중량 비율로 균일하게 혼합하고, 여기에 유기산 또는 무기산을 첨가하여 혼련한 후, 소정의 형상으로 흡착 여재를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고 있다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 산업폐수 중의 인체에 유해한 중금속을 효율적으로 흡착 제거할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A water treatment filter using recycled aluminum oxide waste and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to variously eliminate heavy metals by being developed as ring-shaped absorber. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment filter using recycled aluminum oxide includes the following: grinding dust waste is collected to prepare main raw materials; the materials are plasticized in a high temperature plasticizing furnace at a temperature between 500 and 600 deg C and is cooled to obtain amorphous aluminum oxide; crystalline gibbsite by rolling and milling, stirring, washing, drying, plasticizing, and cooling the materials; the amorphous aluminum oxide and the crystalline gibbsite are mixed, and inorganic acid is added into the mixture to obtain absorbent filtering media.
