Abstract: 본 발명은 수중으로 미세공기를 분사시키는 폭기에 의하여 수질을 개선시키도록 한 정화장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 수면으로 부상(浮上)하는 부표물의 상부면에 순환펌프와 배터리 및 컨트롤러가 포함된 장치구동부를 설치하고, 상기 순환펌프에는 하천수의 유입관과 배출관을 연결 설치하는 한편, 하천수의 내부로 연장된 배출관에 필터와 미세공기 혼합노즐을 설치함으로서, 댐이나 저수지 또는 하천수가 고여 있는 호소(湖沼) 등의 수면을 따라 정화장치가 떠다니면서 하천수의 필터링 처리 및 미세공기에 의한 하천수의 폭기 처리를 병행할 수 있도록 하며, 이로 인하여 수질 개선의 성능과 효과적인 측면에서 보다 더 합리적이고 경제적인 정화장치를 제공할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 하천수의 처리 뿐만 아니라 식품공장 등의 수처리에도 적용이 가능토록 한 미세공기 혼합노즐을 이용한 하천수 정화장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여, 본 발명은 미세공기를 수중으로 분사시키는 폭기(Aeration)에 의하여 수질을 개선시키도록 한 정화장치에 있어서, 순환펌프(22)와 배터리(23)와 컨트롤러(24)를 포함하는 장치구동부(20)가 부표물(40)의 상부에 설치되고, 상기 순환펌프(22)에는 하천수의 유입관(19)과 하천수의 내부로 연장되는 배출관(18)이 각각 연결 설치되며, 상기 배출관(18)에는 하천수에 포함된 이물질의 제거를 위한 필터(18a)(18b)와, 하천수의 분사 과정에서 외부공기를 혼합시키는 미세공기 혼합노즐(10)이 순차적으로 연결 설치되고, 상기 미세공기 혼합노즐(10)의 노즐바 디(11)에는 수면의 외부로 연장되는 공기유입관(15)이 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A river water purifying device with a minute air mixed nozzle is provided to reduce costs for maintaining and repairing the purifying device by aeration of river water by a filter, and to improve performance for water purification. CONSTITUTION: A river water purifying device(100) with a minute air mixed nozzle comprises the following: a device driving part(20) installed on the top of a float(40), and including a circulation pump(22), a battery(23), and a controller; a filter(18a,18b) removing foreign materials included in river water; a discharge pipe(18) connected to the circulation pump; an air inflow pipe(15) connected to a nozzle body(11) of the minute air mixed nozzle, which is extended to the exterior of the water surface; and an elevating device(30) lifting the inflow pipe and a discharge pipe with the device driving part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A nozzle for mixing fine air for aeration treatment is provided to minimize aggregation between air bubble particles and buoyancy which is created due to the aggregation of the air bubble particles by spraying countless fine air bubbles with steam water. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle for mixing fine air for aeration treatment includes a nozzle body(11) which is connected to an discharge pipe(18) for steam water. An injection path having an internal diameter, which gradually narrow as reaching to a nozzle outlet(13) from the discharge pipe, is included inside the nozzle body. A cylindrical air chamber(14) is installed on the outer leading end of the nozzle body. Multiple microchannel(16) is radially formed along the circumference of the leading end of the nozzle body.

Abstract: A system for concentration and desalination of seawater using natural energy is provided to perform a desalination operation more promptly by accelerating evaporation and condensation of seawater under the vacuum conditions, minimize an operating cost of the system by utilizing natural energy to the maximum extent in the desalination operation, and further improve desalination efficiency of seawater by arranging an additional condensation structure of a condensate line or a heat pipe. A system(1) for concentration and desalination of seawater using natural energy comprises: a vacuum evaporation chamber(10) having a fresh water tray(12) and a filter(13) installed in an inner center thereof; a seawater line(11) which is inserted into an inner upper side of the vacuum evaporation chamber to form a vapor condensation part in a state that the seal water line extends from a seawater storage tank(5) and has a circulation pump(11a) installed thereon, and which extends from the inner upper side of the vacuum evaporation to an outer side of the vacuum evaporation, passes through a first heat exchanger(4), and is reinserted into an inner part of the vacuum evaporation chamber corresponding to a lower side of the fresh water tray such that a seawater spray nozzle(11b) is formed on a front end of the seawater line; a spa water line(3) which extends from a spa water circulation tank(2) and has a circulation pump(3a) installed thereon to form a structure of heat exchange with the seawater line in the first heat exchanger, and which is connected to the spa water circulation tank again; and a heat medium line(14) which has a circulation pump(14a) installed thereon, and has a closed circuit shape at an inner lower side of the vacuum evaporation chamber, of which one end is inserted into the vacuum evaporation chamber to form a seawater evaporation structure adjacently to the seawater spray nozzle, and of which the other end extends to an outer side of the vacuum evaporation chamber to exchange heat with hot water supplied from a power and heat generating tank(6) by a turbine(7).
