Abstract: 본 발명은 한 쌍의 동기화된 갠트리를 구비한 컴퓨터 단층촬영장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 X선원과 X선 검출기를 동기화된 한 쌍의 갠트리에 각각 장착하여 환자를 치료할 수 있도록 공간을 확보함으로써 수술이나 치료 도중에도 환자의 이동 없이 단층 영상을 확보할 수 있도록 구성된 컴퓨터 단층촬영장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 한 쌍의 동기화된 갠트리를 구비한 컴퓨터 단층촬영장치는, 링 형태의 몸체로 구성되고, 회전가능하도록 구성된 제1갠트리와; 상기 제1갠트리의 몸체 일측에 장착되는 X선원과; 상기 제1갠트리와 소정 거리 이격되어 구비되고, 링 형태의 몸체로 구성되며 회전가능하도록 구성된 제2갠트리와; 상기 제2갠트리의 몸체 일측에 장착되고, 상기 X선원으로부터 방출된 X선을 검출하는 X선 검출기와; 상기 제1갠트리, 상기 X선원, 상기 제2갠트리 및 상기 X선 검출기의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 X선 검출기에서 획득된 영상데이터로부터 피사체의 단층 영상을 재구성하는 콘솔;을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 제1갠트리에 장착되는 X선원과 상기 제2갠트리에 장착되는 X선 검출기는, 상기 X선원으로부터 방출되는 X선이 상기 제1갠트리 및 상기 제2갠트리 사이에 위치되는 피사체를 통과하여 상기 X선 검출기에서 획득될 수 있도록 상기 피사체를 중심으로 서로 대각선 방향으로 대향되어 위치되게 구성되고, 상기 제1갠트리와 상기 제2갠트리는 동기화되어 동작하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: A computer tomography apparatus with a pair of synchronized gantries is provided to reduce treatment time by immediately performing an X-ray computer tomography without moving patients or various equipments. A computer tomography apparatus with a pair of synchronized gantries includes a first gantry(200) and a second gantry(202). The first gantry is constituted of a body in a shape of a ring and constructed to rotate. An X-ray source(210) is mounted on one side of the body of the first gantry. The second gantry is formed at a predetermined distance from the first gantry. An X-ray detector(220) is mounted on one side of the body of the second gantry to detect the X-ray radiated from the X-ray source. A console(240) controls the first gantry, the X-ray source, the second gantry, and the X-ray detector. The X-ray source and the X-ray detector are positioned at a diagonal direction to each other to acquire the X-ray radiated from the X-ray source on the X-ray detector after passing through an object(250). The first gantry is synchronized with the second gantry.
