Abstract: The present invention relates to an endoscope of installation and separation for gynecologists. The endoscope for gynecologists used for brachytherapy in a uterine cavity includes an obturator or a tendem inserted into the end of a uterine through a vagina; a transparent cover attached to the end surface of the obturator or the tendem; and an endoscope located to be inserted into the transparent cover of the obturator or the tendem. Inspection and diagnosis are carried out while the vagina is directly checked by the endoscope. Therefore, the reliability of radiation treatment using the tendem can be improved.
