Abstract:
PURPOSE: An antioxidant-carrier complex using a copolymer is provided to enhance stability from outer environmental change and structural stability. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant-carrier complex contains a carrier which is formed by self-assembly of a copolymer containing polyalkylene glycol and polyester; and an antioxidant encapsulated in the carrier. The weight ratio of the polyalkylene glycol and polyester is 1:99-99:1. The polyalkylene glycol and polyester of the copolymer are directly combined or combined by a liner. The linker is a C3-C30 organic compound with two or more functional groups. The linker is gallic acid, aleuritic acid, serinol, cyanuric acid, or 7-hydroxycoumarinyl-4-acetic acid. The antioxidant is polyphenols, flavonoid, or anthocyanine. A food composition contains the antioxidant-carrier complex.

본발명은폴리알킬렌글리콜및 폴리에스터를포함하는공중합체가자기조립되어형성된전달체; 및상기전달체내에봉입된항산화물질을포함하는항산화물질-전달체복합체에관한것으로, 본발명의복합체를이용하면항산화물질의구조적안정성과외부환경변화로부터의안정성을증진시킬수 있으며, 봉입된항산화물질의방출속도를조절함으로써적은양으로도효율적으로항산화활성을극대화시킬수 있다.

본 발명은 안토시아닌과 음전하성 다당류를 이용한 새로운 형태의 복합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 다당류와 안토시아닌의 복합체 및 그 제조방법과 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합체는 다당류와 안토시아닌간의 이온결합으로 형성된 것으로 다당류에 의하여 안토시아닌의 수화에 의한 분해를 방지할 수 있어서 pH에 의한 안토시아닌의 구조적 안정성 증진을 유도한다는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A polyalkylene glycol-linker-polyester copolymer is provided to be self-assembled by amphiphilic properties, and to effectively form an electron-carrier of an antioxidant material like antocyanin, etc. CONSTITUTION: A polyalkylene glycol-linker-polyester copolymer comprises a polyalkylene glycol, and a polyester interconnected a linker. The linker is a C3-30 organic compound having at least two functional groups. A manufacturing method of the copolymer comprises: a step of forming polyalkylene glycol-linker assembly by dissolving the linker compound into a solvent, and reacting solution with the polyalkylene glycol, and a step of polymerizing polyester into the polyalkylene glycol-linker assembly by using the functional group of the linker, or conjugating a pre-polymerized polyester to the linker part of the assembly.

PURPOSE: A novel composite using anthocyanine and anionic polysaccharides is provided to prevent decomposition by anthocyanine hydration and to enhance structural stabilty of anthocyanine. CONSTITUTION: An anthocyanine-polysaccharide composite contains anthocyanine and anionic polysaccharides which are combined by ion bond. The anionic polysaccharide contains sulfate group or carboxy group. The anionic polysaccharide is hyaluronic acid, o-sulfated hyaluronic acid, dextran sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, dermatan sulfate, keratin sulfate, heparin, heparin sulfate, alginic acid, a mixture thereof, or complex thereof. The composite additioinally contains biocompatible or biodegradable carriers. The carrier is a liposome, micelle, or neutralized vesicle. A pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food composition contains the composite.
