Abstract: 본발명은방출량조절이개선된서방성하이드로겔및 이의제조방법에관한것으로, 더상세하게는하이드로겔이음전하(-)를띄도록하고, 하이드로겔의내부물질은양전하(+)를띄도록하여강한정전기적인력에의해내부물질이서서히방출됨으로써방출량조절이개선된서방성하이드로겔및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 상기와같은본 발명에의하면, 종래내부물질의방출량조절이하이드로겔의공극에의해서만조절가능하던문제점을개선하여정전기적인력에의해좀 더효과적으로내부물질방출속도를조절할수 있을것이다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to sustained release hydrogel with improved discharge amount adjustment and a method of producing the same. More specifically, the hydrogel is made negatively (-) charged and the internal material of the hydrogel is made positively (+) charged so that the internal material is slowly discharged by means of strong electrostatic gravitation. By the means of the present invention, the problem whereby the discharge amount of the existing materials is adjusted only by the means of the pores of the hydrogel is solved, so that an internal material discharge speed can be more effectively adjusted by the means of the electrostatic gravitation.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及具有改进的排放量调节的缓释水凝胶及其制备方法。 更具体地说,水凝胶是带负电荷的( - ),水凝胶的内部材料被正面(+)带电,使得内部材料通过强烈的静电引力缓慢排出。 通过本发明,解决了现有材料的排出量仅通过水凝胶的孔隙调节的问题,从而可以通过以下方式更有效地调节内部材料的排出速度 静电引力。
