Abstract: PURPOSE: An underwater exploring system is provided to collect underwater information at various positions and to increase the reliability of the information by guaranteeing movability when monitoring underwater environments. CONSTITUTION: An underwater exploring system comprises a master device(110) and a slave device(120). The master device receives control signals from a base station by a radio communication method on the surface of the water and moves and measures according to the control signals. The slave device receives the control signals from the master device by an underwater ultrasonic communication method and moves and measures underwater environments according to the control signals, thereby generating data. The slave device transmits the data to the master device by the ultrasonic communication method. The master device transmits the data to the base station by the radio communication method. When the master device receives an end control signal indicating the end of explosion from the base station, the master device transmits the end control signal to the slave device and master coordinate information including the GPS coordinates of the master device to the base station. Abstract: PURPOSE: A multilateral communication system under water and method thereof are provided to improve data transmission efficiency by executing encoded communication between nodes. CONSTITUTION: A master node allocates identification key and data transmission time for each node within a group(S230). Normal nodes transmit data to a reception node by using the identification key and the data transmission time(S240). The data includes the identification key of the reception node. The reception node recognizes data by confirming the identification key of the reception node(S260). The identification key includes a group key which indicates the group, an individual key allocated to the normal node, and a master key allocated to the master node.
