Abstract: PURPOSE: A glass-ceramic composition with high quality factor and low dielectric constant is provided to adjust the dielectric constant and quality factor depending on their purpose by varying mixing ratio and sorts of fillers. CONSTITUTION: A glass-ceramic composition is composed of zinc borosilicate glass and ceramic fillers. The ceramic fillers are selected from Al2O3, SiO2, mullite, and their mixture. The Q-factor is 4,200~40,000GHz and dielectric constant is 4.4~6.22(12GHz). The temperature factor of resonance frequency is -29~-14ppm/°C. The sintering temperature of the glass-ceramic composition is 900°C or lower. The Q-factor and dielectric constant can be adjusted by the ceramic fillers.

Abstract: An environment-friendly ceramic water-based cutting fluid composition is provided to prevent wear of a tool and to extend a life of the tool due to good flow of the fluid by a low viscosity, and excellent lubrication and refrigeration, and to prevent generation of bacteria and bad smell. An environment-friendly ceramic water-based cutting fluid composition includes a water-soluble polymer and ceramic powder. The composition is formed by melting the water-soluble polymer in water and dispersing the ceramic powder in the water solution. The water-soluble polymer includes water glass. The water-soluble polymer is any one or a compound of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), cellulose, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), and starch.

Abstract: 본 발명은 LCD 폐유리를 이용한 세라믹 글라스 조성물에 관한 것으로서, LCD 폐유리를 1 내지 10 μm 이하의 입도를 갖도록 미분쇄하여 제조된 유리프리트와 세라믹 충전제 (filler)를 일정 성분비로 혼합하여 제조된 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 글라스 조성물은, 850 내지 950 ℃의 저온에서도 소성이 가능하며, 유전율이 낮고 전기적 손실을 최소화할 수 있어 LTCC 기판, 세라믹 히터, 고효율의 필터 및 안테나 등의 공진기 (resonator)에 응용이 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramic glass composition using LCD waste glass is provided to minimize the loss of electricity by optimally using a ceramic filler and glass frit produced from the LCD waste glass. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic glass composition contains 90~99wt% of glass frit produced from LCD waste glass, and 1~10wt% of ceramic filler. The glass frit is calcium aluminosilicate system glass containing 8~20wt% of CaO, 15~30wt% of Al2O3, 60~80wt% of SiO2, 15~30wt% of B2O3, 1~5wt% of MgO, and 1~5wt% of SrO.

Abstract: A porous ceramics is provided to be manufactured at low temperature in a low cost and be usable as important parts in many industries. A porous ceramics is prepared by mixing an inorganic material, a glass powder of zinc borosilicate-based glass ceramics, and at least one component selected from inorganic pore-generating aids comprising carbon, graphite, and fly ash, and heat-treating the mixture at low temperature lower than 900 ‹C. The inorganic material comprises at least one component selected from alumina, cordierite, forsterite, zeolite, fly ash, kaolin, mica, and talc. The glass powder of zinc borosilicate-based glass ceramics forms a crystal phase by a reaction with the inorganic material in a borosilicate-based glass system. Further, the porous ceramics comprises the 30-40 vol.% of inorganic material.
