Abstract: PURPOSE: A flow velocity measurement system is provided to measure a movement of a floating member floated in a water body using a filming device instead of the naked eye, thereby acquiring flow rate data quickly and precisely. CONSTITUTION: A floating member floats in a water body and moves together with a water body. A filming device(30) consecutively photographs the floating member which moves together with the water body by installing the filming device at a measurement point where the floating member is able to be measured. The filming device is able to achieve the travel time and distance information for flow velocity calculations of the water body. The floating member includes a buoy part(22) and a draft part. The draft part is connected to the buoy part and supports the buoy part by submerged in the water body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for preventing disaster caused by earth and soil is provided to prevent negative influence on river water caused by earth leakage. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing disaster caused by earth and soil comprises a silt fence(10) and a trap(20). The silt fence is installed to block earth and soil leakage. The trap is installed to store earth and soil overflowing over the silt fence and comprises an earth receiving unit and a storage unit. The earth receiving unit is adjacent to the silt fence to guide the overflowing earth and soil. The storage unit stores the earth and soil guided from the earth receiving unit.
