Abstract: 본 발명은 상온에서 수율이 높은 1-치환-테트라졸-5-티온의 합성을 위하여, 이소티오시안산 화합물과 아자이드염을 물을 용매로 용해한 후 염기성 조건에서 상온 반응시키는 반응단계; 상기 반응단계에서 생성된 반응물에 물과 유기용매를 가한 후 층분리를 수행하는 층분리 단계; 수용액 층에 강산을 가하여 pH를 0.5 내지 2로 조절하는 pH 조절단계; 산성으로 조정된 수용액 층을 유기용매로 추출하고, 추출된 유기 용액을 물로 세척하는 추출 단계; 및 추출된 유기 용액을 건조하여 고체를 생성시킨 후, 상기 고체를 유기용매를 이용하여 재결정하는 재결정 단계를 포함하는 1-치환-테트라졸-5-티온의 합성방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing 1-substituted-tetrazole-5-thione is provided to implement synthesis of 1-substituted-tetrazole-5-thione at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing 1-substituted-tetrazole-5-thione comprises: dissolving an isothiocyanate compound and an azide salt in water and reacting at room temperature under a basic condition; a step of adding water and an organic solvent to the produced reactant and separating layers; a step of adding strong acid to a solution layer and adjusting to pH 0.5-2; a step of extracting the solution layer with an organic solvent and washing the extract with water; a step of drying the organic solution and generating solid; and a step of recrystallizing the solid using an organic solvent.
