Abstract: PURPOSE: An antibacterial tooth paste containing isothiocyanates(ITCs) isolated from Horseradish is provided to stabilize antibacterial activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing isothiocyanate-containing solid lipid microcapsule comprises: a step of dispersing isothiocyanate to a solid lipid in a proper concentrate; a step of control aryl isothiocyanate content; a step of disperse the extract at 60°C; a step of mixing the solid lipid and water in a ratio of 1:9 and mixing with surfactant; a step of dispersing the mixture with a homogenizer for 30 seconds to form emulsion; a step of cooling the emulsion at 0°C. The surfactant is non-ionic surfactant and solid lipid is hydrogenated palm oil.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供从辣根分离的含有异硫氰酸酯（ITC）的抗菌牙膏，以稳定抗菌活性。 构成：制备含异硫氰酸酯的固体脂质微胶囊的方法包括：将异硫氰酸酯以适当的浓缩物分散在固体脂质中的步骤; 控制异硫氰酸芳香酯含量的步骤; 在60℃下分散提取物的步骤; 将固体脂质和水以1:9的比例混合并与表面活性剂混合的步骤; 用均化器分散混合物30秒以形成乳液的步骤; 在0℃下冷却乳液的步骤。 表面活性剂是非离子表面活性剂，固体脂质是氢化棕榈油。

Abstract: 본 발명은 고추냉이무(Horseradish)에서 추출한 천연 항균성분인 이소티오시아네이트류(Isothiocyanates, 이하 ITCs라고 함)를 첨가한 항균 치약에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고추냉이에서 추출한 천연 항균성분인 이소티오시아네이트류(ITCs) 용액을 마이크로캡슐에 넣어 항균성분의 활성을 안정화시킴과 동시에 그 작용기간을 장기화하여 통상의 치약 원료와 혼합하여 제조한 치약으로 구강내의 미생물에 대해서 살균작용 또는 항균 활성을 가지며, 천연 항균성분을 첨가함으로써 부작용도 없는 천연 항균 치약에 관한 것이다.
