Abstract: 본 발명에서는 다중 신호처리가 가능한 미세 질량 측정 시스템이 개시된다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 다중 신호처리가 가능한 미세 질량 측정 시스템은 측정 대상물의 질량에 따라 주파수의 변화량을 전기적 신호로 제공하는 하나 또는 다수개의 센서부(100); 상기 센서부(100)에서 제공되는 전기적 신호에 대하여 주파수 필터링을 포함하는 신호변환 과정을 수행하는 하나 또는 다수개의 신호 변환부(200); 상기 신호 변환부(200)에서 제공되는 전기적 신호를 처리하여 디지털 신호를 제공하는 하나의 데이터 수집모듈(300); 및 상기 데이터 수집모듈(300)에서 제공되는 디지털 신호를 처리하여 상기 측정 대상물의 질량을 측정하는 하나의 신호 계측부(400)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 신호처리가 가능한 미세 질량 측정 시스템을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fine mass measurement system capable of processing multiple signals is provided to more conveniently embody at reduced cost by measuring mass using a general data processing device such as PC. CONSTITUTION: A fine mass measurement system capable of processing multiple signals comprises a sensor(100), a signal converter(200), a data collection module(300), and a signal measurement part(400). The sensor supplies the frequency shift depending on the mass of the object to be measured, as an electric signal. The signal converter performs signal converting processes including the frequency filtering on the electric signal supplied from the sensor. The data collection module processes the electric signal supplied from the signal converter. The data collection module supplies a digital signal. The signal measurement part processes the digital signal to measure the mass of the object.
